We will also provide you with a net sheet showing your total expenses (including our services) before, during and at the end of the escrow process, so you know exactly where your money is going every step of the way.
Do I still need to pay a buyer’s agent commission?That’s quickly becoming a thing of the past. While many agents will still ask you to cover it, the truth is the decision is completely in your hands. You’re no longer locked into old industry norms, and part of my job is helping you navigate those options strategically. In many cases, we’re able to limit or even eliminate that cost altogether.

Why is there limited availability for Priority Service?Priority Service means you're first in line for time, attention, and resources — depending on the circumstances (ex. escrow closing soon) we generally only allow two or three at a time to protect that level of service. If you're interested, we recommend reaching out soon.
How does payment work? Do we have to pay anything upfront?Not at all. You don’t pay a single penny until your home sells.There are no upfront fees, no hidden charges, and no surprise costs. We take on all the upfront work — from professional photos to marketing and staging— at our own risk. That way, you know we’re fully invested in your success from day one. If your home doesn’t sell, you don’t owe us anything. It’s that simple.
Can I downgrade to Essentials later?Yes — as long as we haven’t yet begun any of the Signature-exclusive services, such as staging, pre-launch buzz, or targeted ad campaigns. You’ll have full clarity on when these steps are scheduled, so there’s no confusion or surprises. If you're unsure, we’ll walk through the timeline together before moving forward.
What if I have more questions?We don't believe in rushing into contracts, so before we ever discuss working together we go through a consultation call to go over the details of our services and address any questions you might have. After the consultation call you will have all of the information you need to decide if this is something that fits what you are looking for.
What happens after I schedule a call?Once you have confirmed your time we will give you a call to further discuss more details about our services, your goals, and if what we offer aligns with what you are looking for. If it makes sense, we will then schedule a time to look at the home and discuss the final details of working together. By then you will have all of the information you need to make a confident decision.
